Plan Design

Each plan document is tailored to your specific plan. We do not believe in one size fits all. We will discuss what you want in your plan and help create or maintain with our recommendations as well.

Amendments

Things change. When they do, we are there to discuss and implement what you are wanting to accomplish. Also, any time there are new IRS/DOL regulations that come out, we work with you to inform and make the necessary updates to your plan document to keep you compliant.

Restatements

Every Six years the DOL requires you to restate your plan document onto their new approved document. We complete this for you and have you sign off to remain compliant with the new document.
